Well, as a pun itself is funny, yeah, but quite annoying anywhere else. Players would want to drive it in every part of the game, limiting that for a joke...I don't see it.

Maybe this is a pun to Top Gear, when they said that some people bought this car for lot of money, but it is not theirs and they not take it home

That doesn't make any sense indeed. In Forza Horizon 1, the 599XX Evo was available both in multiplayer and in normal free roam as well. Weird.

Due to license restrictions, you can only drive this in online multiplayer. I don't understand either.
