I could not set up a xbox live account , since it said that the info could not be sent then , and then i could not back and fix it .
I use the internet on my pc only .

Before anyone freaks out, this along with 10 cars or so are part of a FREE starter DLC pack. So they're on the game for all, no changes in that.
