This is probably a Comil Campione Mercedes Benz O500RSD despite the real life model is still using the older generation dashboard.
The dashboard ingame is from the Mercedes-Benz Actros MP4 truck (the new Travego coach uses a similar but with a slightly different design for the gauge area):
