I'd probably say that it could be listed with the make being the name of the designer, and the model as either 'Audi A9 Design Study' or 'Audi A9 Concept Design Study', since it is technically a design study, and not a true concept car.

Somewhat related random thought: if a car in a video game is based on a concept car, which is not in any way related to the car manufacturer it is associated with, but merely a styling excercise of a young designer, is it okay to list it on igcd.net as former? As is the case with the 'Audi A9' concept, a great piece of work by a talented designer, but not an official Audi concept nor related to Audi in any way.

Side windows look more like a K7/Cadenza or K9/K900 than a K5/Optima.

Also, Korean market Kias are, for the most part, just K with a number behind it. So, basically it's either K5, K7, or K9.

It looks a bit too big to be a K5(Optima) as well.
