dont think you can actually get one without the casket. they are INCREDIBLY rare online, so if you find one, insure it

You can usually find one (or more) outside any church.
However I've yet to find one without a casket in the back.

it can be found on a parking lot, i forgot the exact location but it was a building with a light blue roof and obviously a church.
