It is 240Z for sure and I'm no expert but I'm pretty sure it's a US spec Datsun 240Z from it's rear sidemarker which is only present in US spec Datsun 240Z

I had figured it was some sort of Nissan Fairlady, considering it's shown crossing the Rainbow Bridge in Tokyo.
