I'm pretty bummed out that this car got changed for release. The NYPD livery is super dumbed down, the NYSP livery is completely cut and the emergency lighting on them isn't even legal in NY State due to the front facing blue.

The NYPD and FDNY livery is actually trademarked, thats why you dont see them in games.
