Not seeing it. It doesn't seem to be modeled on any 1940s-1960s American car, and it doesn't look like any Soviet car that I know of, either.

Check your spelling! Correct name: Chaika!
GAZ 13 Chaika is based on Packard and in game vehicle doesn't similar to Chaika. My guess is early 50s Chrysler.

GAZ Chaikas looked alot like Chevy Bel-Airs, and it's much more likely the game designers have heard and based it of that rather than a special order Soviet limo.
