I've never seen a null car while playing the newer Forza games myself. Usually the DLC cars show for me, even when I haven't bought them.

I did see the null car Falcon once, in a MotoGamesTV video.

Actually FH3 null car was a falcon...i was playing once left site and all traffic cars were blacked out falcons with black windows and black rims..i had screenshot of it i think
