Yes it is an anachronism. Same mistake was in the TV series 'Allo 'Allo!, in which H/HY played once a small role.

Appears in Mission 15 "The End of the Butcher" in which the Driver is present so it can be driven. It is the vehicle your commandos have to escape the level in.
