This is not a Forti, its a Benetton B197 Renault from 1997, ingame known as Team 4.
The drivers are J.Antonin (Jean Alesi) and G.Brauwner (Gerhard Berger)

The liviery of the car is correct, but the color is wrong. (Ingame is green, in real light blue)

I'd have said Jaguar aswell. The closest thing to this car back then IMHO was the 1996 Forti FG03:

Hmmm looks like Jaguar R1 but Jaguar had debiut in 2000 season
