From what UltraRazza and RVR72GV have posted, it looks like it's 90% Lincoln Navigator, with only the front end resembling a Nissan X-Trail. Seems to be a recurring theme in this game; the Wiesmann MF3-based car for example, has a completely different front end from the real thing.

The front end reminds me of a Nissan X-Trail, but overall it looks more American to me.
