It seems to be a reference to the Custom Coupe/Hydros Techno from the Burnout series, but in blue. I think it would make sense to list it as Acura RSX or Honda Integra.

I was thinking a 90s Integra, someone else in the discord said 90s civic coupe, someone said a RSX which is just a later gen integra. Wasn't sure what to call it after that, so uploading as Honda unknown.
