Cab and windows look rather Toyota-like, while the bed reminds me a bit of the recently discontinued Nissan Titan.

Also, the proportions of it look more midsize to me, rather than fullsize, kinda like a Toyota Tacoma. Perhaps it could be a modern Karin Rebel?

It's definitely not the same, the taillights and bumper look completely different

Isn't this a RAM 1500 or a Silverado? The front window shape doesn't feel like an F-150
