I think this should be listed as unlockable, since the only way to get it currently is through restoration AFAIK.

I disagree...this game definitely needs more 1950s classics. What it needs less of is bland, late-model commuter cars. Every time I turn around they're releasing something like a 2004 Nissan Sentra.
