EDIT: It would make more sense to list it as a Festiva, cosidering this game takes place in New York City, but yes, the Festiva is basically just a slightly altered Mazda 121/Kia Pride.

It is seen in the Pier 19 section of the map by the side closest to where the cargo ship comes eventually in the beginning of the game, and on the side closer to where the speed boat arrives later in the game.

Also, where did you find an estate car? I never found one.

I meant for it to be a Mk. V btw, I put V in the Mk. field :??:
