Front is from GAZ 69 most likely. The rest is too generic to identify. Maybe there is an actual truck that looks similar to this one.

Absolutely not. The only thing that resembles a GAZ on this truck is the grill, which looks like a GAZ 69.
GAZ 51/63 are not trailer trucks and do not resemble this truck at all. Being a trailer truck and having that badge shape I would go for International Harvester KB-Series, but I'm pretty sure this is just a random truck made for game.
