I think it's a HMMWV, as the H1 has three lights just above the windshield, which the HMMWV (and this) does not have.

the H1 was the civil version and i don't believe, the fire departments have the military version. But prove me to be wrong ^^

This is not a Hummer H1, is a AM General HMMWV

this car is fantasy, a "LFK" doesnt exist in german (or any other) fire departments.
