This is actually a Yugo Skala Poly, judging by the black plastic bumpers and the white bed cover at the back, also, it was never really sold as the 101 Poly. Only the pickup variant without the hut was sold as a Zastava 101T.

Seems to be eastern europe, no real exact place is said, and no time is specified. would assume its 90s since there are dated cars listed as "new cars" for transport
I'm just here to post pictures o.o mostly going to just unknown dump not into the whole car argument thing nomore ha.
