The nearest you can get with that is a Pontiac Firebird or a Chevy Camaro (must be lesser models) - not accurate, but the essence of these two cars has definately been captured

What in the world is an Oldsmobile 44?

This car is a little bit of an amalgam...it has a 1970 Buick Skylark front, the mid section from a mid '70s Camaro or Firebird, and IIRC the rear panel was from a 1968-1972 Pontiac Gran Prix.

It clearly is an Oldsmobile 442, but with square headlights

It shares absolutely no resemblance to an Oldsmobile 442, but whatever.

This is clearly modeled after an Olds 442. Just ignore the grille and headlights. Also notice the placement of an emblem in the lower right of the grille which was the '442' logo unique to this vehicle.

May have definitely been modeled after an Oldsmobile (especially in the cutscenes). The shape of the car is defintly the same, and so are the back lights on some models, but the actually size of the car doesn't matter. And by the way the front lights in the game look squared but if you look closely the lights are actually round, like in a real life oldsmobile, just not near as noticeable as in real life. You can especially tell in the cutscenes. This is also my all-time favorite car in this game!

That's a 1970 Buick Skylark.

If you ignore the grille and headlights, then virtually all GM A-bodies (Chevelle, Tempest/LeMans/GTO, Skylark, and Cutlass/442) look the same. The only other difference is in the taillights...which this car also doesn't share with a 442.

It also appears in the cutscene at the end of the game when Tanner is back in the city, in it's hd modelled form. Someone could try to get some better still from it if possible
