I do not remeber details, but for sure the european routes with SAABs and other cars were also playable on Amiga.

No, This is from the DOS version,and I fraps it.There is a missing a truck as well. I will ad that later on.

No subzero, I played in this european addition on Amiga 500 in the early 1990's.
BTW. Where did you find it now? (Or did you find only the screenshot?)
