Took part in the 1970 London to Mexico World Cup Rally

And won it, ( London-Mexico rally ) the driver was Finnish Hannu Mikkola and co-driver was the Swede Gunnar Palm, they won the same rally in 1995 as well, with a Mk1 Escort with a 2 liter bda engine :)

BTW, the official reveal says it is a '67, but every Escort in the race seemed to be a '69, according to the plates I could check...anyway, the side logos say RS 1600, so it seems they just took the '73 RS 1600 and turned it into this.
