Wrong. The Gran Turismo car doesn't have the optional Aero bodykit.


He's not talking about that, he's talking about the fact the S15 was slated to appear in GT Sport a couple of months back but never did.

This very car is the ex-Gran Turismo car. It's sadly not in Gran Turismo anymore since March 2018.
