it is a 120 LS (judging by the power of engine, lower trims didnt have 55 horsepower) and "LS" should be as extra, because it is a trim (nothing,S,L,LS,GL,GLS)
Vítězný Únor is translated as Victory Febuary (in Febuary 1948 communist party did the revolution in Czechoslovakia)
