| Sharky a écrit People complained the vehicles in Saints Row 1 & 2 were too slow. SRTT and SRIV/GooH run on a modified version of the engine the first two games used, where the vehicle speeds are capped fairly low for whatever mechanical reason. They tried to mask the problem by using dubbed over sounds of vehicles running through gears to make them all seem faster than they really are! No wonder I always thought the cars were extremely slow, they made GTA V's cars (that are capped to around 120 MPH) feel a lot faster lol. | |
| princesscake a écrit Drive this thing if you want to experience the game's worst flaw- the vehicle sounds. Barely push the throttle down? "VRRRRRRRNNNNNNN!!!!!!!! *shift* VRRRRRRRRNNNNNN!!!!!!!" Funny though if you go into cruise control all vehicles in the game suddenly sound normal with smooth acceleration that corresponds to your current speed... weird. | I don't know about you but I like it | |
| Exactly. It's still got that Charger mid-section, though. That hasn't been heavily changed. | |
| That's the Peacemaker? It looks completely different. -- Last edit: 2020-05-13 20:31:44 |
