I played this game and it's 100% a Hummer H1 and not a HMMWV. It even has the 3 lights above the windshield. Even if it says that it's used by the army it can still be a Hummer H1, there is no reason to think this is a HMMWV when it's not.

I agree even from this picture it looks like an H1 to me.

Who changed this to Hummer H1!!?? In the game, it said that it is the military version!!

I listed this as HMMMV instead of Hummer H1, because in the game it said ii is use by the military.
