Yeah it does look like a poor man's Caparo T1. But ironically speaking, that car does also resembles on what will become a 'Le Mans Hypercar' prototype 13 years later. Also that name "Elite" might be a referrence to the highest class in motorsports(i.e Formula 1 or Le Mans) IMHO.

It's a badly done Caparo T1 lookalike. I know they wanted to avoid copyrights, but god that's hideous!
