| CA_NES wrote I don't think that cc88 is 'Venture happy' I just think cc88 is trying to make this database as accurate as possible. In the case of Burnout 2 especially, I agree with the theory completely. It is likely a Venture in other games by the same publisher as well. Yes I realized that I agreed above that it was a VW. Thanks. It's really all in the logic. If people assume a car in a game looks like a car that didn't come out until years later, where's the logic in that? The Venture appears to be the closest logical match for this car. That's just what it appears to be to me. | |

| Here's where I don't get how this works... This traffic vehicle's body style has been existant since Burnout 2 (2002), which predates the MkV Jetta by 3 years, and predating the wagon by an additional 2 years. So, in that logic, this vehicle couldn't be a MkV Jetta Wagon, as this vehicle has been used by Criterion since '02. en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Volkswagen_Golf_Variant#Golf_Mk5_Variant_.282007.E2.80.93present.29 So, in response, my suggestion for all Burnout/NFS Undercover traffic vehicles with this body be renamed to an era appropriate vehicle. What vehicle? ![]() ![]() Chevrolet Venture en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Chevrolet_Venture -- Last edit: 2011-04-06 02:01:36 | |
