In retrospect I should have made the edit myself sooner but this is just a 2016 Triumph Bonneville T120 in a bobber configuration. With a very inaccurate V-twin engine but that's unlicensed bikes for ya.

Looks like a 2016 Harley Davidson Roadster. At least how it appears in this pic.


It seems to be slightly modded.

I was thinking it could be a modified variant of the Hardy Motorbikes Chopper, or at minimum, a new Hardy Motorbikes product.

It has a V-twin and the clutch cover along with the chrome trim seems conspicuously Harley-Davidson... So, customized Harley-Davidson cafe racer?
