The MC12 was released in 2004, a bit after Burnout 3 was released. But that doesn't mean it isn't a MC12, as the MC12 was unveiled before that, I guess.

Honestly, it looks a lot more like a Maserati MC12, but since it's a Burnout 3 model (which predated the real MC12), that would make it highly unlikely that it is one...maybe this was an inspiration for the MC12's design?
