The Quadra its a fictional pseudo-futuristic version of Ferrari Testarossa, you can notice this looking at side vents format and taillights. Still made for game.

So if the Quadra Turbo-R 740 is a Ferrari Testarossa, and this is also a Quadra Turbo-R, why is it still labeled as "Unknown"?

Althought the "main" name of the car was changed I like to think that it might have taken some inspiration from Honda, so I think the Honda HP-X prototype is a nice fit for this one, but yeah, I agree that it's mostly a Testarossa.
Also, as a nice piece of trivia, both of this cars were designed by Pininfarina.

The car mostly has desing queues from the Ferrari Testarossa, especially if you look at the wide side arches and vents. Personnally i dont see any Bricklin design except from the elongated front end and the rear window and Mid engine are more like the Ferrari.

And please refrain from saying something if you dont know much about the car era/style

Sort of gives me De Tomaso Pantera GT5-S vibes, but I'm not sure a single car on earth had side panels like this thing.

Looks like there will be a more basic version just called the turbo that lacks the spoiler, also it looks like the front arch has a detachable piece as this one has a completely rounded front fender leaving the top of the tire exposed. Also this model lacks the rear fender flare the turbo r has.

But Bricklin was a Gullwing door car while this has scissors doors.Also the rear looks more like Alfa Carabo or Lancia Stratos Zero than Bricklin.

The exhaust pattern also look like DeTomaso. Overall it looks like a futuristic mix of Pantera and Testarossa
