Most police cars in the U.S. in 1992 were the 1980s Caprices. The 1991-1993 Caprices were brand new at the time, so police departments would've had fewer of them. | |

| This is really a 1993 Caprice. It's a '93 because what antp pointed out that the 1993-1996 models had front and rear arches that are identical. The arches of the 1991-1992 models are totally differant. Even though this game is set in 1992, I said earlier that cars can be released before their exact year. | |
