Could be based on the same chassis as the Buick Regal, in other words, Opel Insignia. From seeing this picture, the body dimension and design is so similar to that of an Opel Insignia. The rear side portion looks like an old Astra a bit.

Also looks like the smaller ATS to me, with a CTS front bumper.

Cadillac XTS, but it looks small so could be a ATS.
