Its mainly draw distance before LOD loads ..its very obvious in uber dam

They improved some textures. I don't remember any real graphical issue, so I can't tell if they've fixed anything.

Well, the update doesn't add much content. It fixed some stuff, but it isn't huge. The game still lacks things to do. I'm still enjoying it though, the hovercraft races are pretty nice.
