This is a unlockable vehicle - In beginning, you have that Subaru wagon/SUV (forgot the name) and 20 000$ on your account. This car costs 21 000$ and you must have at least one vehicle in your garage, wich means you cant sell your Subaru, and because that, you dont have enough money to buy it.
