I can see the resemblance to the Pontiac Parisienne in the front, as the Parisienne and Caprice are pretty much identical cars, but this particular car doesn't have a split grille like the Parisienne.

Hopefully Mel can give his opinion? These kinds of cars are right up his alley.

Front is Chevrolet Caprice Classic and rear reminds me of the vehicle "Washington" from GTA San Andreas.
