The Caprice police cars also featured fender skirts in the earlier model years of this generation. Bit of a correction though, it was 1993 when the fender skirts were removed. Plus, the rear quarter windows of the Caprice were redesigned for 1995, going from a sharp, triangular shape to something resembling the Hofmeister kink.

With that being said, this Caprice is either a 1993 or 1994 model.

It's Chevrolet indeed, the logo can be seen on the car's texture.
