B series have a rectangular headlights, but this one have round headlights.

The grille looks like a 1980-1994 Ford, but the overall shape of the hood is more similar to a 1984-1991 Chevy/GMC.

The body looks to be completely made up, I see some 1973-2005 Thomas school bus in the roof cap, and maybe Ward/AmTran/IC on the side, but i'd say its pretty generic.
