Cougar is the model. XR-7 is just extra info.

Why do some Cougar XR-7s have XR-7 listed seperately, while others have it listed as a trim level?

Somebody changed this to "Lincoln Continental 'Virgo' Series VI". This is wrong, "Mark VI" is part of the official model name, it's not just a model series number

not me either, and so that's quite strange as we are only 4 admins

The Lincoln Continental Mark V and Mark VI look pretty similar, though the Mark VI was smaller, and the Virgo is fairly compact compared to the Esperanto, so I'm tempted to call this a Mark VI, unless anyone can prove otherwise.

Sometimes somebody suggests something as a hunch rather than being sure of it, then it seems to automatically get changed to that before anyone else comments.

It's either a Lincoln Continental Mark IV, V or VI. Which one is it?
