It could also be a 80s/90s Chevrolet Venareio. It would be plausible, given Wildlands is set in South America. If so, then origin is Brazil

I think it's a Ford Centurion that had bits and pieces of a Suburban added on. It has blatant GM steelies, wheel arches and rear doors but IMO the rest is pure Ford or obviously based on. Front fascia (sans headlights), mirrors, passenger doors, general body lines, taillights and both bumpers all look like 9th gen F-Series to me, which is what the Centurion was based on.
