Star Wars Fanatic 2009-05-27 14:00 | I was actually going to add this game soon, but I am assuming these are screenshots so I can still add my own captures. This was the first then next generation title of the Test Drive series, and the last game before Test Drive Unlimited. I feel that the series never really progressed until it got to Unlimited, so Test Drive 4 - Overdrive were practically the same. The best touch in this game was the pong loading screen Test Drive Overdrive was also known as just Test Drive in America and for the PC version. |
takumi 2009-05-27 14:52 | The first test drive new gen (ps2 and xbox), not the best of the series but is a good game, |
Star Wars Fanatic 2009-05-27 21:22 | Yes, there was a pong mini game during the loading screens as the game was published by Atari |
takumi 2009-05-27 22:06 | Strange ![]() |
CA_NES 2009-06-01 05:45 | yes, but a fun way to pass the time between games |
63FairlaneJoe 2010-07-20 23:36 | Actually between Overdrive and TDU there was Test Drive Eve of Destruction |
Star Wars Fanatic 2010-08-21 17:36 | Also known as just Test Drive for the PC version:![]() Test Drive 4 through to Overdrive were all very similar, especially if you look at the car lists. |
Takumi 2010-08-21 17:37 | Very nice !! now TDU series is complete on IGCD ! -- Last edit: 2010-08-21 17:39:54 |
Star Wars Fanatic 2010-08-21 17:45 | Indeed, for the main games in the series at least. I believe there is now only Test Drive: Off Road Wide Open left to do. |
Black Bart 2010-08-21 17:55 | Great game, nice pics. ![]() |
RacingFreak 2011-01-09 21:00 | Monte Carlo location is missing from track/place list. Please, add it. -- Last edit: 2011-02-16 18:13:02 |
RacingFreak 2011-02-16 18:12 | Anyone? Add Monte Carlo ![]() Martin, I have a question, are the captures from the PC or the PS2 version? Since there are bonus paints unavailable in the PC Version. -- Last edit: 2011-02-16 18:13:36 |
Star Wars Fanatic 2011-02-16 18:32 | Added. And my captures are all from the PC version. |
RacingFreak 2011-02-16 18:46 | Mkay, thanks for the information ![]() |
LCPDCV 2011-12-24 20:12 | Added 3 prop vehicles-Firebird and Mack cement mixer, and Mercedes T1(accidentally labeled it T2) ice cream van. -- Last edit: 2011-12-24 20:32:22 |
RacingFreak 2011-12-24 20:34 | Thank you for posting these and I fixed the typo ![]() |
lcpdcv 2012-02-18 03:24 | Added the Peterbilt 378 Pitbull Syndicate 18 wheeler and a construction vehicle. Both of which I screwed up on. First, mispelt Peterbilt as Peterbuilt(Hey-it's how it's pronounced, so what the shit?!) and forgot Unknown for the shovel. This page is now completed....unless you want me to put pics of the prop versions of SF and Tokyo traffic cars in the comments on their respective pages. Oh, and there's this flatbed Mercedes truck prop...but it only appears flipped on it's side next to a massive pileup on the Golden Gate Bridge, so it'd be a bastard to get a good shot. -- Last edit: 2012-02-18 03:40:59 |
lcpdcv 2013-02-09 02:46 | Going to redo some of the rear shots i did. |
lcpdcv 2013-02-09 23:31 | Added a crane, I suspect it to be MFG, but I put it as Unknown just in case. |
