That open-wheeler is clearly based on a Penske IndyCar, as the scheme is based on a Verizon scheme, and it's Declasse branded (Chevrolet).

There would be a lot more diversity in cars in singleplayer

Finally Rockstar done something for stoping insane players with Oppressor MKII:

1- If your Oppressor MKII destroyed, There will be 5 minutes wait time until you can call for your Oppressor MKII again.

2- You can't be in passive mode while driving weaponized vehicles.
