| Actually, by technicality, this is a GTA Clone; it's an open world third-person action/adventure game featuring a variety of playable vehicles, and doesn't bear the GTA name. If anything, this looks like - as a few have said already - Mafia II. I heard a few years ago that the visuals were meant to have a sepia-tone effect to enhcance the setting, but from what I've seen, it just has the same bland realistic graphics that every other game has nowadays. The cars are looking great though. |

| This game is nothing like Mafia 2. L.A. Noire is a 'Detective Fiction' game, one of the first (if not THE first) of it's kind to be so expansive, and high quality to be on a console (primarily, these kind of games are only of good quality if they're on the PC only). You need to get your facts straight. In Mafia 2, you're primarily against the law. In this game, you ARE the law (in a sense). I'm highly anticipating this game to do very well. |

| The sory seems good and the facial animation tec looks really cool. Alao has lots of differant cars. Unfortuantly it has a linear story based gameplay and if you commander to many traffic cars you get punished, hopefully the game has some sort of free-roam game mode so you drive all the good cars and see the city. |

| An interesting feature is that there are special cars hidden throughout the city, which you can go back and get any time once you've found them (they show up on the map). So far, I've found a Phantom Corsair, Talbot Lago T26 GT, and a Chrysler Town & Country convertible. |

| The game says (...)/95 vehicles unlocked Secret Cars: Phantom Corsair Cord 810 Convertible Talbot Lago T26 GS Chrysler Woody Convertible in the first set of 5 you unlock. Also seen are a number of Caddy's, Fords, Buick's and even a fair amount of DeSoto's! The Studebaker Commander is also "available" as a police car, you can see it parked in the first "traffic" mission. [I'm editing this comment over and over again to avoid quadriple-posting etc] By the way, looking at the cars that are "secret cars", or rare cars as the game says, I think it's a fairly good bet to say that the '48 Tucker is also one of them, given the fact that there were only 49/50 built... | 94/95 Vehicles for me, but I'm not up on how to take 360 captures. Skid, your last vehicles might be the arson exclusive vehicles (2) and the firetruck, and the polar bear ice truck. Look in the auto showroom under Extras and make a guess for the locked cars based off of alphabetical order. |

| I want to leave things clear here, since i want a good athmosphere and i donīt like this sort of scenarios happening... Itīs not a matter of "this belongs to me", in this case, i was one of the first to getting the game, and since i have a capture card, i wanted to do the game, and also, people asked me to do so, i started. Yeah, right, i didnīt said a clear "Everyone, iīll make this one", but it was implied, if you read the comments. Also, i always ask for permmision first. No matter how many years iīve been here or what rank i have. I always do. In fact, i wanted to do Shift 2, so i asked if someone already was going to make it. And Mark0 was fastest. So i left the game for him, i just told him how to improve his shots (just for better viewing) and thatīs all. About Forza...well, i donīt make much games. But the ones i do, i like to make them by myself, so the quality is always the same, and also, i can make my style for all the cars, and with Forza, that was the case. I made more than 900 pics for both FM2 and FM3 alone, and since people also liked my job, i think itīs fair to be the first to say that iīll do FM4. FM5? Too early to say, but of course, i would want to make all Forzas, itīs my illusion, but iīll not say it until itīs announced. But i know itīs a popular game, and people want to make shots...well, and this is for everyone, youīre welcome to add as pics you want in comments, i know itīs not the main pic, and also, itīs not your name next to it, but we can all see and comment them...thatīs the only thing i ask for, letting me do the saga, as long people in general is fine with my work, thatīs all. -- Last edit: 2011-06-24 01:48:11 |

I think I remember once on the Cartown page there was a car that had been submitted 3 times, once by me and once each by two other users. It just gets too confusing. | Theoretically yes, but note that some of the cars have totally wrong names (you can find one of the examples couple of posts ago, where "Westergard Mercury is called Packard Custom). Heil Colecto-Pak is also licenced, but this is name of the garbage collecting box and not truck itself. |

| Tip: go into vehicle showroom, select the car (doesn't matter if you haven't found it yet) press the color button and then start free roam. The car should spawn close to you. |

| This game was made by Team Bondi in Sydney Australia, therefore a lot of the cars will be listed in-game as the (make/)model they were exported as. Like the Buick 8 which is at the top of this listing as both '39 Century and '39 Roadmaster (how it can be two cars at once I don't know???) Some users of this site need to realise that some cars have different names in different countries. Just because you recognise the car but not the name, that doesn't mean it's wrong. |
