| Driving Emotion Type S was one of the earliest PS2 driving games. Developed by Squaresoft (the makers of Final Fantasy's only driving game), it was sadly overshadowed by Gran Turismo 3. It is also notable for being one of very few PS2 games to feature a playable cockpit view: I think the car list is fairly run of the mill for the most part, with the usual array of Japanese cars we've seen in too many other games. It's also interesting to note that this game features the licenses of Ferrari and Porsche at a time when Gran Turismo didn't before EA bought the rights. -- Last edit: 2010-10-31 04:04:38 |

| I have also seen some videos featuring Mitsubishi Lancer and Pajero rally cars but can't seem to find how to unlock them if they are in the final game. Can anyone confirm any details? |

| I had this game it had a nice selection of cars but it was let down by iffy handling the cars just seemed to steer themselves off course when taking a corner. |

| Yes, I mentioned this in an earlier post. Couldn't find a way to unlock them, so I was hesitant to add them in case they weren't in the final game. |
