Star Wars Fanatic 2006-09-29 19:01 | It's a crying shame that this is really just GT4 in high definition with paid downloadable cars Still, Ferraris... |
Star Wars Fanatic 2006-12-02 15:49 | Update - Gran Turismo HD has been partially cancelled. Instead, Japan are going to get a free demo featuring just 10 cars on December 24th, thus cancelling the full version in favour of concentrating on GT5. No news if it will reach the US or even Europe at this point. |
Emo_sux69 2007-01-22 01:47 | looks really good, and finally the ferraris.. |
Explorer4X4 2007-01-22 03:51 | I am going to point out at this time that Microsoft's Xbox-only Project Gotham Racing series has always had Ferraris, from the first to the newest. |
Youlikeyams? 2007-01-28 14:38 | Yeah, we know. But that's because Microsoft are overly-rich. ![]() And if I recall, Ferrari have said that the GTHD model is the best virtual representation they've seen of their cars.. |
Star Wars Fanatic 2007-01-28 14:46 | You can't beat the passionate detail that is put into the Gran Turismo series I'm afraid. |
Star Wars Fanatic 2007-05-21 15:44 | Welcome to my first PS3 recording on IGCD, with Gran Turismo HD As mentioned previously, Gran Turismo HD was originally set for release as a standalone retail release, but was subsequently reverted to a free download, merely featuring 10 cars and 1 track. However, it is still a vital teaser to the forthcoming Gran Turismo 5, and already features evident improvements from Gran Turismo 4, with the obvious addition of high definition and fully detailed car interiors - no miraciously driverless cars here. It also sports the first sighting of Gran Turismo utilising the phenomenon known as the Internet, in the form of online rankings rather than the much requested online multiplayer playability. Nonetheless, I rather proudly have come out in the top 30, according to the drift trial ranks. Unfortunately I cannot record in high definition for obvious reasons, so the shots present do not do the game the justice it prevails in its true form. |
