Star Wars Fanatic 2010-07-21 23:11 | Nice, I've been wanting to see this game on here. Any chance of any gameplay shots though? There are also missing traffic cars. |
Black Bart 2010-07-21 23:32 | Not really any gameplay shots. Unless you count the traffic vehicles. Which there will be more than 30 of them, along with 7 CGI vehicles from the intro of the game and not including the New Beetle or the Mini. I'll post them all tomorrow. But their is one more playable/unlockable car left, which I'll post now. |
Star Wars Fanatic 2010-07-22 20:36 | Great work, lots of vehicles in this game! I was wondering, does this game not have an bumper camera view? Might have been easier to capture the traffic cars this way. This is also one of few games to feature a UK city, in this case London. |
Black Bart 2010-07-22 21:03 | Thanks. Apparently, the game did not have bumper camera view. Only high and low camera views from behind the car you drive. And yes, London is one of the cities you can drive, along with Rome, Tokyo and San Francisco. Also, I'm not done yet with the game. There are seven CGI vehicles from the intro. Which I'll post now. Here are some images from the race in the intro: |
Star Wars Fanatic 2010-07-22 21:11 | This was quite an early PS2 game at the time too, which wasn't received that well if I remember. How did you correct your issue with the recorder by the way? -- Last edit: 2010-07-22 21:12:22 |
Black Bart 2010-07-22 21:25 | Well, it wasn't a great PS2. At least, what I think. And on that recording I had before, I had trouble with the emulators. But then I got Photoshop on my computer, to improve the images a little bit. And it worked, to say the least. I've been using photoshop, even since I made new pics for Stuntman Ignition. |
CA_NES 2010-07-23 11:21 | This may be a stupid question, but is this game related to the TV series? |
Takumi 2010-07-23 11:25 | Nice job ![]() |
Black Bart 2010-07-23 13:50 | Probably not Thanks ![]() |
Star Wars Fanatic 2010-07-23 18:54 | I don't think it's related to the video game series of the same name, either. |
2010-08-28 02:48 | there is a series of games going back to snes but jeremy clarkson started top gear in the 80's so maybe |
Star Wars Fanatic 2010-10-10 20:26 | Why don't you post the intro onto Youtube? I can't find it anywhere and would like to see it. |
lcpdcv 2012-07-15 22:11 | A Suzuki Wagon R is missing, it's seen in traffic in Tokyo. There's also a Ford F series car carrier/wrecker used as a jump seen in SF, as well as a 18 wheeler parked at the docks, along with a forklift prop in SF. -- Last edit: 2012-07-25 08:29:51 |

RacingFreak 2012-07-25 09:02 | I played the game last month, but I have no savegame yet. |
lcpdcv 2012-07-25 09:09 | Once you stumble across a save, be sure to add those vehicles. ![]() |
lcpdcv 2012-07-26 00:00 | The yellow Toyota Crown Comfort taxi is also missing. |
lcpdcv 2012-07-27 22:44 | Also, a half yellow/half black with silver rims variant of the SF CV Taxi is missing. |
lcpdcv 2012-11-07 06:30 | OK-I added a metric shit ton of vehicles. Now, I busted my ass trying to get this game working on PCSX2, so PLEASE tell me none will get denied for illogical reasons. |
lcpdcv 2012-11-07 09:38 | Thank you for accepting all of them ![]() |
Hamisxa 2012-11-07 14:20 | I remember playing the game! ![]() Good old times! |
